Shipping
Shipping is available via US Postal Service or UPS.
Usually we ship within 24 hours or on the next business day once we get your order.
You can also pick up the item at our store in Ardsley for NO CHARGE.
Free Shipping
When you purchase an item worth $300.00 USD or more and the shipping address is within the USA, shipping is FREE. Boutique Al Ponte's free shipping covers the cost of UPS or USPS Priority shipping and handling to your designated address. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you so you can monitor your purchase.
If you need your items faster, please choose alternate shipping during check out. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We accept returned items received within 14 days of the items original ship date. Items must be in their original unused condition along with everything which came with it (original box, tag attached, dust bag, authenticity card, etc.)
Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is attributable to us.
Please contact us quickly if you are wishing to exchange items so we can reserve the new item for you.
Refunds
Once approved, funds will be returned to the original payment source or for store credit.
